This is a 1x12 piece of poplar, 8 feet long. Sarah ripped it an a 45 degree angle (thanks, Brian), and an identical one for the wall. Pre-drilled counter-sink holes on the top and sides, screwed into the back of the frame, and stained the sides to match the frame.

Two very patient fellas from Stuart Moving came to pick up the piece and take it "home" to Bluefish.
